Garlic is amazing
On Garlic
Garlic is well known as a health food. It has been used historically as a preservative (effective but unpleasant with fruit). Its immune and circulation boosting properties are well noted. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4103721
Its anti viral properties have not been researched so thoroughly but papers exist

The efficacy of garlic is hugely diminished by cooking it. If you want the health boosting effects, eat it raw.
