A friend of mine who works in permaculture reached out to me recently and asked if I would post/host something they have been working on.
My friend Roman works in permaculture and was previously an organic researcher for DEFRA. He is very interested in sustainability as well as health and science. Roman had some thoughts that tumbled out into a bit of an essay/article and included some recipes. He asked if I would mind hosting it as his approach to cooking is similar to my own. Tasty, simple(ish) recipes that don’t have to be too precise.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy what Roman has to say, I have edited this slightly to help it fit the website in general but the content is his – so if you don’t like his opinion, feel free to ignore it! 🙂
I recommend you start with the introduction to find out what it is all about. Basically he has looked at some staple ingredients that are often regarded as anti-viral and written some recipes with them in mind. But he has also written some great anecdotes as well as some of his own thoughts and opinions around healthy eating in general.
